the holidays!!
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I love this time of year. I love the crisp fall weather, my birthday, wearing sweaters, crunching through leaves, jumping into leaves (even more fun with a 3 year old), Thanksgiving feasts, and of course Christmas! My sister is coming in from LA for Thanksgiving. I can't wait to see her. I wish we all lived near each other. I've just found out another sister is preggers again. Hooray for new little nieces/nephews.

Dylan got me an awesome XM radio for my birthday. It's a great present for me because I love listening to the radio even more than to a playlist. I love discovering new music and XM radio has little to no commercials. It plugs into my stereo in the living room, and into the car as well. Each place has a docking station, so transfer is easy as pie. I can also use it when I work out, record songs off of the radio, or load my own songs onto it. I love it! He's going to have a hard time topping this for Christmas. It's got a Christmas channel called "Holly" that I've been listening to all weekend. I love Christmas music.
I'm trying to get my shopping done before December. I hate doing things at the last minute and settling for a gift because you're out of time. I've found and ordered most of the gifts I'm going to get. I'm also making our Christmas Cards from scratch this year. I've only got about 15 people who we send cards to and I found a cute design in a magazine which I'm adapting to my tastes. We've even gotten our Christmas picture taken and ordered already. You can see it to the right as my new family photo.
Abby is doing much better at sleeping and being happy. She loves to smile and especially to watch Seamus perform for her. He doesn't mind running around and doing silly dances/songs for her to keep her happy. I have such great kids! Dylan is finally taking his car to work, so I now have a car to drive around during the day. Now I just need to think of someplace to go. :)
